This package includes:
Intake Form: A comprehensive form capturing essential details about your child’s current sleep and routine.
60-Minute Phone Consultation: A thorough discussion following the delivery of your personalised sleep plan.
Personalised Sleep Assessment: An in-depth review of your child's sleep patterns, with tailored strategies and solutions.
Customised Sleep Plan: Detailed advice on sleep environment, feeding, nutrition, naps, overnight sleep, settling techniques, and routines.
Nutritional Advice: Recommendations to support your child’s sleep and overall health.
Troubleshooting/Contingency Plan: Solutions for unexpected sleep challenges that may arise.
Feed and Sleep Routine: Specifically designed for your child’s age and developmental stage.
How It Works:
Booking and Preparation: After booking, you will receive a sleep intake form via email. Please review and accept our Terms of Service included in the form. We’ll organise your consultation booking via email.
Payment: Upon booking this package you will be emailed an invoice.
Receive Your Sleep Plan: 48 hours before your phone consultation, you'll receive your tailored sleep plan and resources to review.
Phone Consultation: During the call, we’ll review your plan, address any questions, and ensure you’re set up for success.
Eligibility and Additional Information:
This package is suitable for children aged 16 weeks (corrected) to 5 years old.
For families with multiples (twins, triplets) there is no additional cost.

Optional Upgrades: Within two months of your consultation, you can choose to upgrade to the Here For 2 Weeks Support giving you an additional 2 weeks of text support and daily sleep log reviews for an additional $280 (subject to availability).
Note: This package does not include ongoing follow-up support. For continued assistance, consider upgrading to the Here For 2 Weeks Support Package.
