"It has been life changing and I am feeling a lot more human now I am getting some solid sleep. She’s so observant and an amazing listener, obviously making mental notes throughout our support with Harry of our 3 1/2 year old Lucy, and suggested to us we could make some changes with Lucy’s routine also We went from lying in bed with Lucy for up to an hour each night, usually with a few tantrums and then Lucy ending up in our bed halfway through the night. “We have just completed a few weeks of sleep support with Hannah, and our family is thriving. When we started, our twin girls loved their dummies, hours of patting, shushing, and cuddling to finally fall asleep. While I love a good cuddle, it was all getting a bit much for us, particularly as the girls liked to wake around every 10 minutes overnight to get some more shushing, patting, or cuddling... Needless to say, there was very little sleep in our household!
